Studio Farina Consulting, in collaboration with our advisors from Phoenix Capital, handled the construction of the 7 year Business Plan and supported us in all the tax and corporate aspects of our FC Clivense Project, a unique initiative in Italy, thanks to the Equity Crowdfunding launched in April 2022. We have started a fruitful long-term collaboration with them, working towards achieving our goals, as well as managing relationships with stakeholders
